Kevin Otto grew up in the town of Kingsburg and attended California State University, Fresno, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 1994, he began working in the Finance Department of the Fresno County Office of Education and was the recipient of the Employee of the Month award in November of 2002. In 2008, Kevin was promoted to the position of Senior Director of Internal Business Services. Kevin oversees the organizations numerous accounting transactions such as payroll, accounts payable, and department audits. Kevin volunteers annually for the high-profile Fresno County Academic Decathlon as well as coaches baseball in his community.
