
Arthur Dyson has practiced architecture and environmental design in Fresno since establishing his practice in 1969. Mr. Dyson studied Psychology at the University of Wisconsin, Philosophy at the University of Oklahoma, and Urban and Regional Planning at California State University, Fresno. He received a Master of Architecture degree at the San Francisco Institute of Architecture in Color Psychology. His architectural work has made a significant impact on local schools in Fresno and Clovis unified school districts, with designs for Gettysburg Elementary, Webster Elementary, the Temperance-Kutner Elementary Library, and University High School. Mr. Dyson is a founding member of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Committee, which collaborates with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools annual speech, art, and essay contests. He currently serves on the Advisory Boards of California State University, Fresno College of Arts and Humanities, Fresno City College School of Architecture, is Past-President of the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture Alumni Association, and Past-President of AIA San Joaquin.
