Dr. Jackie Ryle served as City Clerk for the City of Fresno for 28 of her 32 years with the City. Currently, Dr. Ryle instructs courses for Alliant International University in the Organizational Behavior Master’s Degree Program and Organizational Psychology Doctorate Program. Dr. Ryle has a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development and offers individual and organizational facilitation and consultation services. She has served over 50 public and nonprofit agencies and is a pastpresident of the Cultural Arts Rotary Club. Dr. Ryle serves as the emcee and “lively” auctioneer for the annual FCSS Court Schools Spaghetti Luncheon. For her significant contribution to excellence in the arts, the Fresno Arts Council recognized Dr. Ryle in 2016 with the Horizon Award.
