Jackie White has dedicated her life to working with youth, especially those who are disadvantaged. As a basketball star player who ascended from San Joaquin Memorial High School, Ms. White was a standout player for Cal Poly Pomona, as an All-American where she led the team to a national championship. She was the second woman to join the Harlem Globetrotters and was inducted into the Fresno Athletic Hall of Fame in 2018. Ms. White retired from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation-Juvenile Division and served as the Edison High School girls head basketball coach where she held a basketball camp for the #GirlPower Club, which teaches young girls how to be leaders in life. Currently, she is the head basketball coach for San Joaquin Memorial High School.
