Jerome “JD” Davis was born and raised in the Fresno area, graduating from Buchanan High School in 2017. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles, and graduated amidst the COVID pandemic in 2021, earning a BA in History with a Minor in Film/Television Studies. After college, Jerome returned to Clovis to pursue a career in helping others through the educational system. He currently works as an Instructional Aide in the Special Education program at his Alma Mater, helping students with their academic and social-emotional learning. He intends to pursue a Master's Degree in School Counseling from Fresno State to give back to his community. As a disabled person himself, Jerome is devoted to making the world a better place for everyone, specifically for disabled individuals. He intends to do just that in his future endeavors and career by supporting and amplifying the voices of disabled, underprivileged, and LGBTQ+ students who are often overlooked.
