Jennifer Smith is a Fresno native and is one of eight children. Her parents, Dr. Noel and Gloria Smith were the principle caring adults in her life who nurtured and demanded that she give100 percent. Jennifer graduated from San Joaquin Memorial High School and Fresno City College. She has mentored young men and women and has served on various civic and community organizations and boards over the last 25 years. Jennifer completed her undergraduate degree at California State University, Long Beach and received her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, California. She also studied at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England in Western State’s first study abroad program. A Fresno County District Attorney since 1990, Jennifer is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Crematory Manager.
