Tracy Kashian joined Lance-Kashian & Co. in July 2002 and is currently Senior Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations. Tracy is the face of Lance-Kashian & Company and its affiliated entities on all marketing & public relations for properties such as River Park, Campus Pointe, the Village at River Park, Rowell Building and Fancher Creek. Tracy also sits on Lance-Kashian & Company’s Board of Directors and the Kashian Family Foundation.

In 2017 she was appointed to the Foster Care and Oversite Committee, where her passion is helping children find their forever families. She also served on the Fresno Chamber Board of Directors for 5 years.

A Kerman native, she attended California State University Fresno where she earned a degree in Liberal Arts. Tracy and her husband live in Fresno with their two sons and two dogs.
