She has contributed more than 200 community service hours, serving as a liaison between MCJROTC and community organizations, strengthening partnerships and coordinating special events. Dulce actively participated in multiple competitive teams, including Marksmanship, Academic, CyberPatriot and Physical Fitness. As Marksmanship Team Commander, she was the top individual at the Central Valley Championship, leading the team to its first championship since 2019, and helped secure a 4th-place finish at USMC JROTC Nationals. She also made it to the finals in Ohio! She also serves as Cadet Company Executive Officer, where her planning, decision-making, and development of program support operations have been invaluable to the cadet corps' success, leading with maturity, integrity and professionalism. Dulce embodies the highest leadership traits and principles of MCJROTC, setting the standard for excellence and service.
