November Superintendent's Superstar
From planning rallies and school dances to organizing the homecoming celebration, he leads with collaboration, vision and heart. He is described as a leader who is approachable, respected and always willing to listen. Jesus doesn’t just care about himself; he mentors others and leads gently, making sure every student feels included.
Jesus’s leadership extends far beyond ASB. As a proud member of NJROTC, he exemplifies the Navy’s core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment in everything he does. Whether it’s mentoring new cadets or guiding drill teams, he sets the tone for excellence and discipline. Jesus also made history on the athletic front. As one of the key student advocates behind the creation of Boys’ Volleyball at Parlier High School, he helped launch a program that continues to grow in its second year. His dedication to the sport and his determination to open doors to future athletes demonstrate his forward-thinking mindset and passion for community growth.
Balancing academics, athletics and leadership, Jesus continues to challenge himself with Advanced Placement courses, maintaining excellence in his studies while representing Parlier High School at District Board Meetings alongside Superintendent, Dr. Iniguez. These experiences have given him valuable insight into how leadership and service can have a lasting impact beyond the classroom. What truly sets Jesus apart, however, is his humility, empathy and ability to inspire others through action. Jesus is leaving behind a legacy of leadership, character and kindness. He shows the students what it means to lead with purpose and heart.
