The Innovation Grant provided students with meaningful hands-on STEM learning experiences through the addition of science and engineering kits, building materials, and problem-solving tools. Throughout the year, students engaged in activities that challenged them to design, build, test, and refine solutions while exploring concepts such as force and motion, simple machines, structural design, and engineering principles.

These experiences strengthened critical thinking, collaboration, perseverance, and problem-solving skills while reinforcing classroom learning. The interactive nature of the STEM activities increased student engagement and encouraged creativity, particularly among students who often struggle with traditional instructional methods. By fostering inquiry, experimentation, and innovation, the grant helped students build confidence in their ability to solve real-world problems and sparked greater curiosity and excitement about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
