Breakout EDU Kits are a series of boxes/cases and locks that challenge students to solve problems through a series of combinations to the locks. They solved math riddles that gave them codes to locks. Once they had the codes, they were able to open the box to get the next clue. Each team member chooses a role that plays a vital part in their team’s ultimate success. Students worked cooperatively in teams and engaged in higher level thinking skills to “break out.”
